A Tragically Funny Love Story Between Two Clowns
In this unique performance, we meet Del-Toe Joe and Leder Martina, two clowns whose hearts are as colorful as their costumes. Their chaotic relationship is filled with slapstick humor, misunderstandings, and unexpected twists. As they navigate their feelings for each other, they find themselves in absurd situations that provoke both laughter and reflection.
Set in various locations—from the Stadthaus in Déifferdeng in 2018 to the Theater Remise in Bern (Switzerland) in 2019 and the Nuit des Légendes in Esch-Sauer—the story ultimately reveals that it’s not love that triumphs, but rather the joy of laughter itself—a reminder that humor often offers the best response to life's challenges.
